  I was researching Kia features because I really wanted a car with Android Auto connectivity. My research uncovered conflicting info on this, so I asked the salesman. He said "Yes, the all have that", which confirmed one of the reports I had read, so thought that was that. I ended up going with a new Kia because of this( I'm a tech guy and this was a big selling point). Of course the car I bought (2nd highest model) didn't have said feature. I called Wignall Kia to discuss, explained what I was told, and received the response "That must be disappointing". I was told that the salesman was with a different dealership now.

  Lady called after a service talked about a issue and then see had a mental breakdown and made up lies that clearly indicates a severe mental illness OMG

  My point is, don't expect to get correct information from the sales people at this dealership, and don't think they will put themselves out to make you a happy customer.
