  Slightly disappointed at their small range of headphones, although a quick check on their website confirms what stock they had, so there is essentially no excuse to not be prepared.

  I went to Harvey Norman Mornington last week in my work clothes. I am a painter. As I stood at the front counter I was ignored by all staff for 10 minutes. The staff had time to talk to each other, the manager had time to flirt with the good looking young staff member, etc. They had a good deal on a computer I wanted so I waited longer than I should. Wake up guys, trades people may look a little grotty sometimes, but earn more than your flirtatious manager.

  Was helped by an american man named Joel who helped me sort out a new phone (i have nooooooo idea about technology) he was very helpful and even sorted out my sim as it was the wrong size for the phone i finally chose. I am so grateful as i had been mucked around all day by the telstra store. Joel your a credit to Harvey Norman!!

  You Guys have to explain more before you sell. The sales man told me that the dyson that i bought a year ago dosent have any filters. i had 3 vacuums in 5 years. finally i took it to a vacuum store they showed me the filters in my vacuum and said that they need to be cleaned . well i wasted my money. not once or twice thrice. may be educate your sales men about their products.

  Helpful staff, easy going and absolutely willing to sort out solutions for any issue. Even organised to order an out of stock item on the last day of new years sales and allow us to pay the discounted price.
