  Completely disgusted with your customer service. Had a verbal agreement to purchase dexion shelving and was leaving to pick it up this morning and received a text message to say it was no longer available. Called to see what was going on and was told they had changed their mind. I am beyond angry as we had a verbal agreement. You have definitely lost many customers because of your pathetic customer service. You need to review your staff and how they treat their customers.

  Visited the store for the first time and staff were not very attentive. Was not greated when walking into store and walked around for awhile looking for what I was after with no help or assistance. After finally finding what I was looking for (myself) I then told a staff member what I wanted and paid for the item. The woman who served me was friendly enough, although didn’t look like she really enjoyed her job a lot. She went and got my table for me from the back to save me the trouble so that was great and saved me the trouble. Overall a good experience, staff just need to be more attentive to customers and look a little more lively.

  Purchased a rug and ordered a sofa bed from the Mornington store, couldn't be happier with both products. Customer service and follow up was excellent, person I dealt with I believe was Maddie, nothing was a problem for her. Communication via text/email was thorough and delivery well organised. Thanks.

  Excellent customer service. Store is well laid out and easy to navigate. Only criticism was that two of the three items I went in to buy they didn't have in stock. Overall great experience here.

  Cheap, imports, cheap, but good enough for the price... Cheap.. The very essence of the word, in a good-ish way... If shop here... If I was after something cheap...
