  it seems whether anything will get done comes down to who you get, it can often be better to call and wait on hold for the usual 50 minutes and maybe someone competent will pick up the phone. The system seems to be extremely unwieldy for both staff and customers.

  Bunch of morons . Work for the dept of human stupidity ! Who is the real manager of Centrelink Mornington .? It certainly isn't Ms R. Butler as she never signs her official letters . Neither do Sean Golden of DHS ACT or C.Sweet of DHS ACT . The letters are fake !

  Short wait in a comfortable seating area, service was polite and efficient .

  Just been here for a medicare administration matter. Pleasant comfortable waiting area (with free WiFi friendly and knowledgeable staff. Plenty of parking nearby behind the local community centre. Could not ask more from a govt agency. Great improvement on the old medicare office

  Not good enough, people relie on these payment services for numerous legitimate reasons and the staff here cause more problems rather than fix them

  Very long wait times, usually have to wait 45 mins to a hour to speak to someone, always short on staff

  90% of staff are incompetent, i have revisited this "service centre" about five times this year for the same problem because the staff i spoke to couldn't simply upload a document to my online account file which was needed to receive my youth allowance payments to pay for my course
